pr.scouts See the blue tab in Weekly Program or Word documents. Joeys Cubs Scouts Venturers See below for all the advantages of a printed program Record Book & Journal for scouting adventures
Your members may like to have a condensed record book for badges achieved, that includes room for photos, hikes & camp reports, SIA presentations, certificates, stories, Unit Code etc that they have been involved in with each Section over the years. Use different coloured A4 paper for various files. This is also a good visual way for the PL to review progress with their patrol during the term and for new chums to quickly understand scouting and the awards. Any of the pages opposite can go in the book. Many of the suggestions can also go onto backing sheets & be used for training at the hall. "Scouts" can pull out their book a few times in the Term and update it, plan future nights and review past activities. The journal can be presented at their investiture. The pages are related so that scouts can fill in their activities on the various badge recording areas. Milestone Challenges picked up from the term program, Outdoor Activities from the Log sheets. Special Interest badges are entered after presentation of their report, The book can be used in conjunction with the Australian Scout publications for Outdoor Adventure Skills, the Record Book for each section and Terrain, the online app. Thanks to all the OZ leaders who have contributed ideas to this site. Suggestions to [email protected] Ceremonies book. For the latest version see on PR.Scouts or Buy from Scout Shop Scouts Australia
